We want you to love your Fenna Glow products! If you’re not completely happy, here’s how we make returns simple:
  - 30-Day Return Window – You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Hygiene Rules – For safety, opened or used skincare/beauty items can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Damaged or Wrong Item? – Let us know within 7 days (with photos) and we’ll replace it or refund you, including shipping.
- Easy Process – Email us at hello@fennaglow.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return.
- Refund Timing – Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges – We don’t do direct exchanges; simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
